Good morning all,
I hope that you have had a wonderful Summer break so far. Breakfast and After School Club sessions are now available to book via ParentPay. These can be accessed via the ‘Clubs’ section of the website, which you will be familiar with if your child has enjoyed one of our after school clubs. All credit and debt from previous accounts has now been transferred successfully. Please note that you will be unable to book onto the clubs if you have not yet signed and returned your Wraparound Care Agreement, which can be found both on our website and via a previous message on School Jotter. These should be emailed to: wraparound@mackiehill.wakefield.sch.uk . Our wraparound sessions are becoming very popular, so be sure to book in advance to secure your place. If you cannot see the sessions available, it is because they are full. Please note, for safety reasons we are not able to accept bookings that take us above our legal ratios so try to book early to avoid disappointment. Mrs Robinson will be sending out our After School Clubs offer on Monday 1st September - these will be available to book from Wednesday 3rd September at 6.30pm and will commence W/C 8th September.
I will be back in touch before our return to school (Wednesday 3rd September) with some additional information in relation to the new academic year. In the meantime, I hope you have a lovely final week.
