We hope that you are having a lovely Summer break so far. Over the coming days and weeks, we will be working in the background to transfer existing balances from our old Breakfast/After School Club to our new 'Clubs' booking system (still within Parent Pay) For this reason, you may receive sporadic notifications to say that your account has been debited/credited. Please do not worry if there is a time lapse between seeing your existing account debited and the new club credited: rest assured we have clear records that we are working with.
We are hoping that the system will be easier to navigate from September with a single balance for Breakfast Club and a single balance for After School Club.
If you haven't already, please sign and return the parent/carer agreement to ensure that you will be able to book wraparound when it is time to do so. The link to this can be found on previous communications via School Jotter.
