On Wednesday we had the most brilliant day as employees from Avant Homes came into our school as part of their annual Day To Make a Difference.
The growing beds were transformed, the outdoor shelter was repaired and the inside areas were all given a fresh coat of paint.
Every year over 700 employees across 21 locations give back to their local communities and we are thrilled to have been nominated by one of our parents in school. Thank you to everybody at Avant Homes for today, you have really made a difference here at Mackie Hill.
We would also like to say thank you to Kettlethorpe High School for hosting our KS2 pupils for the day, they had a wonderful time!
